Around a year ago I was very stuck with my career, I had tried a few different paths but I could not find anything that suited me. I had a period where I was unemployed and not sure what to do next and did not want to be a ‘job hopper.’

Through Platform Housing, I registered with Stay Nimble and my career coach Jennifer helped me search for roles that were suitable to what I wanted and needed at the time. She supported me with my job search and gave me the knowledge and confidence to carry out interviews.

I was successful and got the job that I wanted, that suited my lifestyle, which I am still in now and which has given me fantastic experience that will be useful for the rest of my career.

I was also extremely stuck with my CIPD Level 3 studies and Jennifer reassured me and helped me put together a plan which allowed me to successfully complete it when I never thought I would be able to!

She has checked in on me and given me a lot of guidance, she has supported me to improve my CV so I feel more confident about applying for roles and I’ve had various successes with interviews. I am now embarking on my CIPD Level 5 and she is there providing great support.
